Additional Services.

UniFi Hardware Sourcing & Procurement Support

Once your UniFi Network Design is finalised, we can assist with sourcing the equipment if required.
We hold accounts with one of the largest UniFi distributors in the UK, meaning we can:

✔ Source equipment quickly
✔ Provide product availability updates
✔ Prevent compatibility issues
✔ Ensure correct quantities & licensing
✔ Reduce ordering errors
✔ Help budget efficiently

We don’t hold stock — but we can manage sourcing and documentation so that you or your installer can order with confidence.

We don’t operate as a retail shop. We offer procurement assistance only when it follows a professional design OR installation project. Please note: we do not offer credit facilities — all equipment must be paid for in full prior to ordering. For assistance with Financing (see below).

Project Financing for Business Clients (Optional)

For commercial projects, we can now offer access to business lending for UniFi network installations, subject to approval. This can help projects move forward when budget is restricted — especially in offices, hospitality, education and multi-site environments.
Financing is available for business customers only and can be used for:
  • Complete network upgrades
  • UniFi system migrations
  • CCTV/security improvements
  • Office refurbishments & expansions
  • Multi-site rollout projects

We don’t provide loans ourselves — but we work with a trusted finance provider who specialises in business technology funding. Once your UniFi design is complete, we can assist with the application process if required.
This can help:Spread project cost across monthly repayments
  • Start work sooner and avoid delays
  • Gain approval from stakeholders or investors
  • Convert CAPEX into OPEX where preferred

All finance offers are subject to approval.
Please contact us if you’d like more information. Business finance available (subject to approval). See Finance Disclaimer for details.

UniFi Network Support & Consultancy — FAQs

Do you provide remote services only?

No — although most UniFi network designs can be completed remotely, we also offer professional on-site WiFi surveys when required.
Remote design is usually suitable when we have:
  • Floor plans or architectural drawings
  • Basic site information and intended usage
  • Photos of key areas (if available)

However, for complex projects — such as offices, multi-floor buildings, commercial environments or outdoor spaces — we can provide an on-site WiFi survey as a separate service to collect accurate signal data and confirm AP placement.
For larger projects or those involving multiple stakeholders, we can also build a Professional Design Pack, which may include:
  • Annotated floor plans
  • WiFi coverage zones
  • CCTV field-of-view diagrams
  • Door access planning (UniFi Access)
  • Hardware & PoE budgets
  • Photo documentation of each area
  • Notes for electricians / cabling teams
  • Suggested rack/cabinet layout
  • Installer-ready documentation

This makes it easy to share with:
✔ Landlords
✔ Building control
✔ IT departments
✔ Project managers
✔ Installers & subcontractors
✔ Stakeholders / investors

In short:
We can design remotely or on-site — and provide a full design pack that’s ready for installation or formal approval.

Do I need floor plans or site drawings?

Floor plans and drawings are very helpful — but not essential. We can begin with basic information and develop the design as we go.

What do I get with a network design package?

A full layout including AP placement, PoE/switch plan, VLAN structure, CCTV field of view planning, door entry planning, topology map and installer documentation.

Do you work with electricians or installers?

Yes. We are an installation company — so we can design and install your UniFi system if required.
Domestically, we carry out installations locally within Berkshire and surrounding areas.

Commercially, we cover central London, and for large commercial projects, we operate nationwide.
We also have our own qualified electricians who can assist with any electrical requirements, including cabling or containment if needed.

If you already have your own installation team, that’s no problem — we can provide remote support, technical guidance and commissioning to ensure your installers follow the correct UniFi standards.
(Additional support fees may apply.)

Do you sell UniFi hardware directly?

We don’t hold stock — but we can assist with sourcing equipment from trade distributors and ensure correct quantities and compatibility.

Can you support installers or IT teams?

Yes — we often provide remote design or commissioning while the installer manages the physical work.

Can you pre-configure devices and racks?

Yes — this can be included as an optional service once the design is complete.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes — monitoring and maintenance plans can be set up monthly.
