Do I still need UniFi hardware on-site?
Yes – gateways, switches and access points still live on-site. Only the controller software moves to the cloud.
Can you host UniFi Protect / Access / Talk as well?
No – this service is purely for UniFi Network. Protect, Access and Talk still run on UniFi OS consoles such as Dream Machines or UNVR.
Can you migrate my existing controller to the cloud?
Yes – we offer a UniFi Migration & Upgrade service where we move your UniFi Network configuration from Cloud Key / local controller to our hosted controller.
Will my existing app and login still work?
Yes – you’ll still use the UniFi app / browser, we just point it at the new hosted controller.
